  • I have so much stuff wrong with me it is hard to notice medication side effects. My prescription plan wants me to pay a $75 co-pay for Cymbalta. FUCK THAT! It would probably be cheaper and healthier to start smoking reefer. If I only had a good connection.

  • ive been taking cymbalta and it works well me , i am now taking it with welbutrian. these medications can effect everyone differently. its helped my anxiety and depression/ suicidal thoughts. although i have had strange side effects,i have strange extremelyyy vivid dreams/ sometimes nightmares. ive has issues even depicting what happens in my dreams, from reality. the confusion often made me question on a daily basis, what i was doing. for example"did i actually just go_____ or was it a dream."

  • @jdeetch1 wow that doesent sound so good.

  • I'm taking a cymbalta 30mg with lyrica 150mg and it's work very nice and no side effects, except the bad dreams and nightmares everyday, whether you are asleep or awake

  • I'm taking it right now and its been about a week. I do feel numb in the face and tounge, pressure in my eyes and also felt tingling in the back of my head. I also been having really strange life like dreams. I think I see dead people! :' ) Im staying on it and Im hoping for the best but if I die, Cymbalta murdered me!!!

  • Tell me how you are doing now. Sins have to be dealt with through repentance, stop your pills, face up to God and read the word of God to heal your soul, get off the pills now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR else you will feel guilt, pain and you will suffer in this life and the next.. period. GOOD news... you are weeks away from being totally and completely healed... stop the madness... its heartbreaking.

  • @believeforeternity Stop being a retard, science was 3000 years of testing and considering. Religion was a lie that got the retards to believe

  • @xerke Listen, most of science was dictated by men of God. You say God ain't real, then do something for a week and test that out, are you game? Publicly prove me wrong, i almost dare you to please try. Peace

  • @xerke Why don't you spend a week praying a prayer at night, for Jesus to make Himself known to you by giving you His Holy Spirit.. and read the books of John, Matthew and Revelations.. asking only that.. then lets see what happens.

  • @believeforeternity I'll tell you what happens: Nothing.

  • @xerke Nothing huh? So prove me wrong, get on your knees asking JESUS FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT for a week straight and lets see nothing happen then. STOP assuming, do it then come talk to me, I know life is hard, family is pain causing frustration & hopelessness, the pain you have felt, I get it, i was there too once. How has not seeking Jesus worked out for you so far? Tell me that, how happy are you RIGHT NOW, tell me the truth, is your heart in pain, divided, confused and broken?

  • @xerke Well you're not alone, this is what I do, I see people finding pace and GOD more than you think! You are not an exception, you are loved just as much as others who have found Christ, nothing happens when you do nothing about it. SO JUST TRY for once setting aside all your disbelief, come to Him earnestly crying out get humble and ask for the HOLY SPIRIT from Jesus aloud for a week before sleeping, HE is your friend & CREATOR knowing your pain just waiting to hear from you.

  • @believeforeternity I'm going to worship satan, because he doesn't accept assholes like you.

  • @believeforeternity why do you broadcast your belief in fairy tails to all and sundry? Your a weirdo!

  • @ralphinio4 Because once you receive the HOLY SPIRIT and JESUS is revealed, heaven within given and your joy is overflowing and all things revealed, you will and can do nothing else but to scream from your rooftop brother.

  • Antidepressants almost ALWAYS have shitty fucking side effects the first few doses, this is to be expected! With time, your body adapts, and you begin to feel better. Any doctor will tell you this....

  • Has anyone experienced sexual side effects from cymbalta? I just upped my dosage to 60 mg and having issues getting an erection. My doc said this should be temporary however.

  • I dry-heaved ALL day on my 1st (and last) dose (20 mg) of Cymbalta -- it's POISON!

  • Xanax for panic attacks, always! Antidepressants do a lot of weird things in the beginning, but you must know that after a short time they go away and really do help in all ways. Don't give up, if this has too many or too intense side effects, don't freak out, find another and read up on them. Some have pulled me out of great distress. God gave man the knowledge to make all sorts of things but as you know we are not perfect.

  • I hate this drug and it is the worse thing I have experienced in my life, Never again!

  • yoga

  • my pupils where HUGE during the trail period but i was happier than ever but then as i kept takin it i just got back to noraml still happy though '

  • I am not sure if this will go through but Google Dr. Breggin. He is an authority on the subject of psychotropic drugs and bad reactions. Also, find out what a black box warning is and see if your Dr. is prescribing such a thing. ssristoriesdotcom is a great source of what is happening world-wide and the tragedies that are occurring daily. There is wwwdotprescriptiondrugsarekillingusdotblogspotdotcom. A great book on the subject is Medication Madness. You can order it on Google. I recommend it.

  • My dr. gave me 5 capsules, of 30mg, which I took the past week, I had no problems with that, it seems it helped my anxiety and depression, but now she perscribed me 60mgs, I took it today for the first time (1x day), and I was feeling weird and sleepy the whole day, and had a concert inside my stomach also. But so far, no such hard side effects as you are describing, hopefully I won't get them in the future.

  • My Dr gave me Lexapro for my panic attacks iv taken it before and took myself off it NOT cuz i was having bad side effects i just had things going on in my life but that was years ago and they want me to try it again cuz my panic attacks are taking over my life i didnt think they could get any worst but they did i dont work or so anything really its so hard living this way i might try those pills again and hope it helps

  • @iamaphotonut: don't just take my observation or outcome only. My director recommended cymbalta because it worked for her. I don't remember the exact dosage. Try it and see.

  • @TILLEYJS wow bro the exact symptoms you just explained i am having as i type.i woke up dizzy in a sweat with a rapid heart rate,,,,damn near called the ambulance.anyway i highly suggest you take this medication with causion but i wouldnt recommend it. peace love and i wish every one a peace of mind...

  • My Dr gave me cymbalta today for my fibromyalgia pain after I asked for something for my panic attacks. She said it would help both. What dosage was you taking? I'm scared to death to take it now. I'm real sensitive to anything I take. I always have some problem with meds but I have been in so much pain she wanted me to try it. I don't like having to take something on a daily basis. I actually wanted something just to take when I had to but of course another Dr who doesn't listen!

  • cymbala doesnt cure panic attacks, benzo's do

  • oh you read all the side effects and magically experienced all of them? yes we call you a hypochondriac.

  • My son-in-law died due to Cymbalta. Don't take it. I am looking for a class action attorney.

  • @Glamrma : Oh my god, so sorry to hear this... Can you tell me what happened exactly?

  • @abysss24 Yes, 4 years ago my son-in-law went to the family med Dr. looking for relief from back pain. 1st the Dr. put him on Xanax. He had a bad reaction and started to have weird thoughts and acting aggressive, unsettled, crying jags, stomach pains, loss of appetite, etc. Over the 4 years with a toxic mess in his system he went to the Dr. one last time in Nov complaining of suicidal thoughts. The Dr. doubled his dose of Cymbalta and told him to come back in a week. He never made it back.

  • @Glamrma : Thanks, and sorry for your loss... I was told it takes at least 2 weeks of cymbalta to kick in, to show any improvement. I'm now on my second day of 60mgs, and I feel a little stoned, and sleepy, but that's all for now. We'll see in the future.

  • i am able to decrease anxiety/panic disorder by doing a simple yoga routine with stretches and deep breathing... sounds kinda weird to some people but i lie down on the floor, breath and relax and go thru a short routine. when that doesn't work i hit the bong, all natural cannabis! the pills my doc gave me made me wanna do horrible things and i had to suppress urges i never had before. be careful with doctors, mine is a pill pusher, he won't let me leave without some new kind of meds.

  • i was on Cymbalta for treating my panic attacks... after 3 days i had terrible side effects: terrible headache, vomit, vertigo.

I will NEVER take another pills of that crap

  • I noticed this is from 2009, I'm just curious how your doing with the panic attacks now days?

  • @Ogalthorpe1 It comes and goes. It was a 6 month bout with constant panic attacks. I took Prozac(don't remember strength). Took it for month and half. Decreased panic attacks to an infrequent status. I can handle them like that.

  • Well this answers my question on the other video of how the meds worked out for you *goes remove that comment*

  • Cymbalta is a total shit to come off. Do it very slowly or you'll feel like death !

  • THC.

Some users, especially someone new to the drug or in a strange setting, may suffer acute anxiety and have paranoid thoughts. This is more likely to happen with high doses of THC. These scary feelings will fade as the drug's effects wear off.

In rare cases, a user who has taken a very high dose of the drug can have severe psychotic symptoms and need emergency medical treatment.

  • @paulfromdonmills you should get your liver checked ASAP

did the doctor check out your liver ? brown pee is a symptom of severe liver problems and cymbalta can really fuck up your liver if you have preexisting conditions - did you have a history of alcohol abuse or did you drink when you had it?

I'd be going to the doctor right away and having your liver checked out if i was you

  • wow brings back memories When I take some antidepressant it makes me manic but a drug induced mania, it's so weird my pupils were dialated all day! and extremely happy and euphoric and i would wake up at 4am and it was crazy. how you doing now?

  • On my first day of cymbalta. So far I haven't had any side effects. My last pills I was taking for my depression was celexia (or some form of it) and that increased my insomnia and gave me a dry mouth with indifferent taste buds. Didn't energized me at all. I'm 53 years old, hearing impaired and have no real friends nor family except for my wife and three cats. Unemployed but not been looking for work on account of my depression. Hope you continue on your way to success, TilleyJs!!

  • cool thanks. i am dosin off it but i probably dont eat or do something right: I think I was mis-diagnosed **shrugs**

  • Hey there did you stop taking it

  • @Jburdo4680 Switched to Prozac 15mg(i think). Took it for 30 days and stopped. This is NOT the way it was prescribed. More questions? Feel free to ask.

  • 28 year old male, 30mgs a day for a month and so far nothing but pleasant results...first week i was a little dizzy with an upset stomach..2nd week i was back to my normal self with a much needed improvement in mood

  • get some benzos for panic attacks.

  • I took cymbalta and it gave me panic attacks.

  • Mmm well I have high resistance to pill just took 60mg or so, been a few hours, took it with a shot of captain morgans.

Ill try it for about a week tell you what I come up with, so far no anti depressants have done crap for me. I hear this crap actually made people forget their past, not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol.

  • Don't think I will be taking medical advice from someone with "niggers" in their name.

  • i thought i was the only one who had dilated eyes from it x.x and it made me wake up every morning at 4am exactly

  • my eyes are dialated as hell right now from it i look weird

  • well your eyes are not dilated but you are hot! lol

My Cymbalta give me hand tremors...

  • Stop taking it!!

I just stopped takin it and my braaaainnn literally hurts...BRAIN ZAPS ARE REAL! Theyre not a joke and any 'doctor' who precribes cymbalta should be shot in the head

  • HA i feel you trust me!! i started it for my generalized anxiety disorder, i took it at 7 am this morning and i am still having side affects now and 8:30 pm!! my vision was blurry all day i cannot see anything now. i am shaky, i have been throwing up all day and my anxiety is coming back more then ever. i have been reading about some really bad withdrawal symptoms as well, i will not be taking them anymore and i suggest you do some research if you decided to keep taking it.

  • I started mine today, i feel wierd but a good wierd, You have to give it time to work, one day isnt enough. Dont give up just yet!

  • just hang in there... it gets way better i promise dear, i love my cymbalta

  • I am on cymbalta for anxiety, i take mine at night, i useually eat bread products before i take mine, and yeah burning up is a side effect and upsetness of ur tummy anyways it all will be there for about 2 weeks

because of ur body is getting used to it.

  • I completely empathize with your experience with Cymbalta. I was given it here in the U.K for panic disorder. I've tried to get 'used' to these meds but have stopped because they made me feel terribly, horribly ill. I also felt like I was losing the plot, which is not a good place to be in if you have a panic disorder. I originally took Mirtazapine which in all honesty was brilliant, but it made me gain weight. See the Wikipedia article for Duloxetine, it opened my eyes. Best of luck.

  • If it is doing all that I would not take it.
