Another idea: the voting should take place on digg(dot)com .. each candidate puts in digg a link to his final campaign closing video.. the one with most diggs win. why digg? because digg (unlike youtube) checks for people using multiple accounts from the same IP, and other cheats. Plus, it'll bring great droves of people to watch the election, it'll be in the news!
