I know this is a late reply, but tried it recently and I am quite health conscious myself::: If you want to use a microwave, just put the kernels into a reasonably large, microwave-safe bowl and then put a lid (a supper plate if you like) on top - same then applies as with bag microwave popcorn - cook for about 3-5 mins until you hear about 2/3 seconds delay between pops and your popcorn is ready!!
Hi! You said, for the sauce: olive oil, apple-cider vinegar, sea-salt and what is the other ingredient? How much can we eat as a snack? Thank you for your help!
I'm sorry but I don't completely trust cooking foods in microwaves: I don't even own one! Look: with airpopped popcorn you're cooking with kernals, air & heat: very clean NO chemicals. I do realize how convenient microwaves are though:) thanks for your comment!
@autosaves your comment is okay! you do see a microwave good eye, & you probably won't believe this but we use it as a bread box only, its been broken for 4 years!
nice.........
