However, Hazens team continued surveying the plume and within 2 weeks after the spill was stymied in mid-July, the plume was virtually undetectable. I don't think you have to be a scientist to know there is oil and dispersants, under the surface of the GOM. I believe our Federal Government don't give a rats ass, or doe's BP, about the average American citizen. Watch their live feed, they have been spraying chemicals on the sea bed floor for weeks now, and what's officials do? They ignore it. what does the media do? ignore it, there is volcanic activity going on down there...but. hey. they don't give a shit!
