  • I've heard alot of people say this foundation is not good for people with oily skin but I'm still willing to give it a shot lol if it is too oily I can always use it as a concealer I guess. Do you think this would work on pale oilier skin if I were to use it with a setting powder/foundation powder and during the winter time in Canada? lol only prob is my skin is still fairly oily during the winter :S

  • @tiiggger - It's not that the foundation isn't good for oily skin, it's just VERY important that its firstly, being applied properly and secondly being SET properly. If you have more oily skin, i may suggest using the setting fx first, then going over it again with the Matte FX.. That stuff is amazing :D:D. I think im going to do another video on cover fx soon :) ill include it.

  • Wow, it's came out amazing! I just bought this product, I like how you have applied it too... I hope it will come out just as nice on me.. And the whole popsicle stick usage is very smart. I'll buy some before I start to use it. I don't want any additional breakouts :-) thanks a bunch

  • @MonyMon86 - So glad you liked the video :):) How is the foundation working for you?

  • What does it say above the picture in the background?

  • @misswiltsie - It says "You must be the change you wish to see in the world"- Ghandi

    one of my favourites!

  • This is the first time I've come across your tutorial. You did a great job with just enough info :) I am pregnant, olive skinned and have hyperpigmentation around my mouth :/ Do you think this would still work for me? btw, you have the most beautiful clear eyes!

  • @getsmart0000 - Thank you so much! Glad this video helped for you, that's great to hear! This would be absolutely perfect for you! Deffinately give it a try, you won't be disapointed :).. when you go to your nearest store that sells it, ask them to colour match you, as its MUCH easier.. you will be in the M series :) Thanks again.

  • after???

  • Wonderful tutorial on how to use this foundation. You are so gorgeous.

  • @aplaingirl - Thank You! You're too sweet, get outta town :D:D

  • Would you actually recommend to use the cream foundation under eye? or is it too heavy and might crease? Maybe could sheer it out w/ moisturizer or something?

  • @SamFem - umm i find the coverfx to be OK for under eye, AS LONG as you powder it well and keep it really thin.. but their concealer is excellent for under eye and spot treatment. i'd go for that.

  • Issue -- my eyes tear up, so @ 8am I am semi-flawless, but by noon I've got no makeup directly under my eyes, just some dry scary flakes instead. Not a good look...from semi-flawless to scary @ the eye area, I have to put my glasses on cuz trying 2 touch up usually makes my dry skin worse. It actually looks worse than no makeup at all. THAT's frustrating.

Do you think this foundation can handle tearing up and my dry skin, as both an under eye concealer and a foundation?

  • @SamFem yes you must set the makeup with cover fx setting powder. It makes the makeup water resistant and transfer resistant. this makeup is a genious!

  • whats the name of the song? :D

  • @MyLipsAreBold - dream awake by lauren hill.. in love!

  • Thank you for posting this video! I just learned about Cover FX the other day on a makeup artist's blog and unfortunately need to go the full coverage route (after a few years of wearing NO makeup at all) because I suffered a horrible adult acne breakout. It was just awful. I plan to do laser resurfacing, but I'm still on Accutane, now, and, though I no longer have active breakouts, I still have redness and some scarring I'd like to cover. Looks like Cover FX might be just the thing. Yay!

  • @rachelsciacca - Yeah, that's brutal, your deffinately not the only one who has experience adult acne, it's soo common. CoverFx would deffinately be a great choice for yourself.. i might even suggest just sticking with the liquid foundation (naturalfx).. Not only is it light weight and easy to apply, it offers great coverage as well when used in conjuction with the setting fx powder for layering and setting purposes. YAY :)

  • @NicoleJabba Thank you for responding! Have you ever used the Temptu AIRbrush system? I've read that Temptu and Cover FX are the best for full coverage of problem skin but have heard mixed reviews about how "full" the Temptu coverage is...

  • @rachelsciacca - i've heard of it, but never actually tried it out... i'm almost positive, if done correctly, it would give amazing coverage.. not only good coverage, but i heard that product actually helps to heal the skin while it's on.. it improves the overall appearance and health of skin. i would love to try it sometime!!

  • You've just given my coverfx foundation a new lease on life. LOL

i had given up on it, but now i see i can look amazing like you! ;D

  • @lydochka0x - Thank you soo much, i really appreciate it :)

Glad you like :) If you try it out, let me know!!!

  • I like you..you seem very great and such a great personality! :) I have lots of acne would you recommend the cover fx cream foundation or any other products??

  • @honeypieamymichelle - HI HUNNY! The cover fx cream foundation is PERFECT for someone with acne, not only does it cover amazingly! but it will also NOT clog your pores, or cause acne cosmedica (which is breakouts from cosmetics). The cream cover fx is the fullest covverage, but the Naturalfx, is great as well, and for spot treatments the concealfx is perfect... if you want something cheaper, Revlon new complextion compact is pretty good too... only thing is COVERFX is the best :) maybe im bias

  • oh and I love your nose piercing ,it looks so cute on you, your beautiful:)

  • @nydoll2782 - Thanks hunnny, i love it too.. im getting bored tho, i want something else!! ps. just creeped ur page, your beautifull!

  • This is a great video!:)I have been dying to try this but haven't seen enough videos that explain this well how it works and wears.Thank you,new subbie:) ~Gwennie Hardest part is to find my shade, sephora lighting is horrible.

  • I was wondering what brush it was that you used to apply the foundation?

  • @lpnizzle - it's actually just a QUO foundation brush, it was a seasonal set.. but in their professional line they have the same type.

  • Great video, dear! :)
