@jerrybri1 LOL, no sales pitch, just a funny video at the time, and showing what 1k will buy you, matter of fact, u should see this area now, its two times as bad, I would never buy in this area, but there are people who would because of the price, I actually have video's telling people to stay away from these types of area's. believe me, I'm one of the good guys. keep watching my video's and u will learn more about who i am and what i do for people, and saving them money, thanks 4 watching

I will be in Detroit next week, from the 20th to the 26th, and would be interested in learning about property in the Marina District and Rivertown areas. I have some familiarity with Detroit but not nearly as much as you.

That whole side of the block is now abandoned or burned. Check out Google Streetview at Buena Vista and LaSalle which was from the summer of 2009..

They sell for those prices for a very good reason, and they are STILL overpriced! What would you do after you bought these trainwrecks? Fix it up...sell it? To whom? Negroes can't afford to buy, and they make horrible tenants. Negroes rioted, and burnt their OWN CITY to the ground in 1967. White population left, never to return, and this is the obvious result........

LOL, i will be responding to this very soon, do your research on the 67 roit, and I'll give u a little history to. It has not always been this way, during my time as a teenager, detroit was a beautiful place, and unless you've been here, you will be surprised at some of the well keep neighborhoods and blocks.

I live in New York City, in a black neighborhood, and a house like that would cost $800,000-$1 million. in fact, a one bedroom just sold in my bldg for $350,0000. an apartment.
