@ElHawk However, there are lots of people who will sing the openings (sometimes the endings too) and play a character. Like Hirano Aya. She not only plays Haruhi Suzumiya, she even sings the opening of the show, and co-sings in the Lucky Star opening, plays as Konata in that show, and manages to also make a Haruhi appearance, not to mention they threw the actual person in the show for about 20 seconds at a concert in one of the episodes.
