The tragedy is, Bobby was in love with Connie Francis but her father refused to let her marry Bobby. So sad for both of them.

I didn't know that. I watched the Kevin Spacey movie on Bobby Darin and that wasn't covered.

You can google connie francis, it tells the story, her father was just nuts and very possessive. She was always in love with Bobby, such a tragedy.
