This game is really cool. Of course the story is a little restricted, but the driving is great, even though it is pretty e-brake biased.

the crown vic is messed up tho none of the lights work and neither does the speedometer it stops at 100 as where in the bottom right it says your going 120 but still a great game

I absolutely love the fact that you can drive cars that you would normally drive in real life. Instead of driving Lambo's and Ferrari's all the time, you can drive cars you would see on a regular basis. That just adds to the realistic level of the game.

It is disappointing to hear that they're getting rid of the Crown Vic. I'm sure it's because of fuel ecconomy. They probably couldn't find a way to make them comply with the new fuel ecconomy standards. Police vehicles will just have to be hybrids now. Another car that always interested me has been the Mercury Maruder. I've never driven one, but they always looked interesting at the dealer. I'm surprised they have no Caprices. Between the Monaco & the Vic's reign, Caprices were as common.

@NedN00b It is just the fact that the Crown Vic was an old car that not many people bought. These cars are a dying breed. If Ford would have updated them like the Cadillac and Buick alternatives have been, they would have sold better and they would still be making them. They get great gas mileage, however, if you drive them right, you can get like 24-25 MPG easily.

@NattDogg01 I'm not sure if it was nearly as much about updating them, but just their general image. They were great cars, and they felt plenty modern inside, without all sorts of distracting gadgets & (excessive) LCD displays inside. They were very quiet. They only drank gas, when you stepped on it. They got up to speed fast enough that they weren't guzzeling gas for long. Steering and handling were good. The only weakness was wheelbase. Cargo room was great for trips.

The crown Vic is my favourite police cruiser on the game. It sounds so cool. Also I watch all the old episodes of CHiPs. If you havent seen CHiPs then you need to go and buy the series, anyway they used Dodge Monaco's as police cars, when I saw that this game had that car I was so impressed. It sounds exactly like what it does in real life, after watching the series of CHiPs over and over you get to know the sound of the cars and in the game it sounds perfectly like the car in the real world

I like the CVPI, they did a great job with sound but for some reason it doesn't sound like the real one, only by a bit though

its awesome how they have all official cars like Audi's, and Ford's. plus the added interior views when driving is really cool, it gives you the opertunities to feel almost the real life experience of driving some of your favourite cars.

@KINGmatan you can take a car out of traffic and the light on it may be one of varied settings, like, parking lites only or headlight on or even a bulb out!
