i was in england for 6 months and on the way to london i stopped off at a town i dont know wat it was called and i saw a small alley way and i saw a sign saying Georgie Pie and i hadent had it in 10 years + so i went in got 2 pies a potato top and steak and cheese and they dont have pies in england (propper ones) lol and the guy who owned the shop was actually from hawkes bay new zealand it was like christmass had come early a real kiwi pie in england i had tears of joy lol

New Lynn GP for me...get 5bux GP...2 pies a chips n a large coke,,,,n goto the movies next door for a $6 movie...the movie people always complain that u not allowed *outside food*..so i put it in my backpack...the coke size alone at the moves was $5.30 for the same size cup!...GI GP...was that were the kfc is?...im in aussie now btw...bringing back some funny memories ^^

no way!...i used get my shopping from foodtown and i used to eat 1 of those pies whilst i did my shopping...then hide the empty box ^^.........they not the same...different meat...pastry wasnt bad but not same....was a good *replica* though
It was bland and worse than what the local bakery made and even for fast food it was very bad for you. There's a good reason why it went under. If they bring it back it will only go for a few months before the nostalgia dies out.
