  • if the car is deregistered the man has claim to freeman's common law right to travel

  • Tax exempt cars still have to show a tax disc,it just says on the disc £00.00

  • @FATCHICKSCANTFLY and you need insurence and mot to obtain it

  • I think the camera was made in 1966!

Just another video that could be used as an example of youtube users who will take something like this and make it into some conspiracy idea, only because the majority of users are about as old as the bloody car!

This guy is convinced it's because of his colour? 0.o!

  • did anyone notice this was filmed with a potato !!

  • the red car is like 42 years old so it dont need tax the car has out lived its revenue reqiurements

  • @packleader38 if its registered, its required to display a tax disc, its free, assuming you have insurance and mot.

  • @packleader38 no, it would still be required to display it frre tax disc

  • What the hell is dvla???

  • @BodyBuilder454 Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency

  • @autofive glad someone spotted this.

  • Another person who thinks he knows everything when infact he knows jack shit.

  • what annoys me about the tax exemption on old cars is that it has now stopped , once again the only cars considered classic will of the older generation , when in fact there are many cars from the 80s 90s that should one day be considered classic . Bunch of fucking cunts !!

  • its illeagal in scotland for anyone to clamp a vehicle in case there is an accident or fire ...england should get rid of clampers and claping companies..its legalised fraud

  • @reksub10 In Paris everyone super-glued every clamp so the clampers had to stop overnight, That's what I like about the French, they don't bend over and take shit like we English do. We're just mugs...we shut up and pay up.

  • @wesmatron yeah i sypathise mate ,the working class in the u.k. are constantly getting fucked by the upper class ...have you noticed its upper middle then working ,but i guess working class sounds better than lower/lowest class ...it proparly going to be toll roads next ,but i bet they will still want road tax aswell ,

  • @reksub10 youre damn right its fraud. i couldnt agree more. have you seen the seperate charges for release fee, and the keeping of the vehicle for every day that it is in their "possession"...its blatant extortion...but sadly, no one will do anything about this...

  • @keiko909 yeah it wouldnt be that way if the public started to confiscate their property and stop them from breaking THE LAW to enforce these corporate commercial statutes......the reason that they have all this legislation is because they are scared shitless of the common people who have common sense for the common wealth and health of our country ,,the sad fact is they want people to beLIEve that the common people are barbaric ,when its the aristocrats that are crimminals.stay safe

  • @keiko909 not true, many people are trying to do something about it, its just that people are brainwashed from birth... But I think people are becoming more aware, mainly due to the internet.

  • @reksub10 sounds like common sense to me,

  • @patmaherjfm what does?

  • Not tax exempt - he still needs a tax disk. It is just free. My V11 has just come through the post. Don'y believe me, check KNY 828K. It will say taxed in the "historic vehicle class".

  • @sajmeister

unlikely your 15 year old car will ever get free tax, unless the UK government follow EU suggestions and limit milage of historic vehicles (and fit trackers to check these milages) then maybe, just maybe, they may return to the rolling system.

  • @autofive I might just get rid of it then, I wanted to keep it as a 90s classic, my first car so I thought I would be able to keep it and give it to my kid as their first car! Explain this rolling system please!!

  • its a classic car you tit ! 125£ a year to insure if you drive below 5000 miles per year and tax is free im sure,go buy a bmw325! ! !

  • lol funny how your all talking about "law" and tax exempt due to age, when to a non commercial driver it makes NO difference (ie not a lorry driver dont matter) it is like the birth cert just taken as "you must " "its law" look up NO IT IS NOT LAW!

besides that this vid is like been a grass so what if someone dose NOT pay is it harming YOU ..no funny how you went to so much to find info on car but NOT on road traffic "ACT" no offense

    /watch?v=IGwYdfe4Vjc

    peace n love all

    stay safe pip

  • @PiPphiltitley it seems people just dont like that other people are not forced to pay what they allow themselves to be forced to pay. must actually means may, just like understand means stand under ( from a legal view ) because you cant force someone to contract, it has to be a choice !

  • CLASSIC CAR = NO TAX :D just so where clear

  • @dantae666 its not that simple, I beleive for a car to be tax exempt, it must be over 25 years old, and have been registered tax exempt before now as the law was changed ( dont quote me, im not 100% on this)

  • @patmaherjfm a vehicle must have been manufactured before 1972 to qualify for tax exemption. :) LOL, I don't for the life of me understand why people are moaning about tax exempt vehicles, have they ever tried to keep a crumbly old LandRover S2 on the road? Costs way more than a price of a poxy tax disc.People need to stop being so bitchy about shit they don't understand.

  • @MrTrollerVision lol, as ive already said, people get upset when they pay for stuff and find out others dont have to, I was trying to be clear, even exempt cars have to display a disc ( if registered with dvla ) and that obtaining one requires you to have insurence, and mot.

  • @dantae666 the car may be tax exempt, but its still required to display a tax disc, and to get it, you still have to produce insurence and mot, it just cost £0.00 ( that is, if it is registerd with dvla )

  • the red car is TAX Exempt... Thats why he has no tax..

  • @49kingify What?! Are you shitting me? Google road tax excemptions and you'll find "Old vehicles constructed before 1 January 1973 (historic vehicles)

If your vehicle was constructed before 1 January 1973, you could tax it in the 'historic vehicle' tax class. Further information can be found on leaflet INF34." Meaning, it has a tax disc with a value of £0.00

  • @PanicAcid dopey its not called tax ,anymore ,see to be honest ,i cant even be bothered educating idiots like you:(

  • @kevrs2 What? You're trying to tell me road tax isn't called road tax? What planet are you on?

  • @PanicAcid its called "vehicle excess duty" ya dopey cunt

  • @kevrs2 "Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) also known as vehicle tax, car tax and road tax is a vehicle road use tax levied as an excise duty which must be paid for most types of vehicle which are to be used (or parked) on the 'public roads' in the United Kingdom" - Taken from Wiki "tax - definition of tax - A fee charged (levied) by a government on a product, income, or activity." Get a fucking education prior to getting shirty and working that extensive vocabulary, fucking keyboard warriors.

  • @kevrs2 lol, it dosnt really matter what you call it, but you right.

  • @PanicAcid agian, tax exempt or not, registered cars must display a tax disc, tax exempt just means its free, you still need insurance, and mot.

  • @PanicAcid hahaha well done mate show him for the daft cunt he is

  • watch part 2 part 3

    K 64 the Tax 1999 Y 10 ago

  • If a car is over 25 years old than it is tax exempt! That red car does look pretty old, over 30 years old!!

  • watch part 2 part 3

  • @sajmeister Every car I own is tax exempt. I still have to go down to the post office and collect my free tax disk every year, though.

  • @OPHYCLIDE erm, Your right, if you give the car to dvla then you are required to display a tax disc, however, if its private property then you made no agreement with dvla, and they cant tell you what to do, dvla is a company.

  • what about it ?
