A lot of times, the shows will be completely jacked up and the manga will be so much better, but in cases like this, I suppose I can give a little leeway. Still, the manga will always, always, always win me over. XD

It was really nice to see the same things, only more enhanced, with basically the same story. One of my other favorite series, Shugo Chara, has a completely jacked up, immature show. However, the manga is touching, cute, and completely amazing. If only they'd made the show like it... *sigh*

@Calaurn because he himself is a philosophers stone, every single time he uses alchemy he's using up the souls inside him that were sacrificed when he became immortal. remember how he mentions that he as just enough energy left to use to bring back al? that means that he was running out of souls to use up, thus meaning his lifespan was drawing close to an end. so by the time he got to trisha's grave, he already knew he was going to die. ;( hope that lengthy explanation helped. ^^

If you watch the credits it shows a bunch of photos at the end.. One of the pictures at the end shows Ed and Winry together holding two children.(The children looking like them!) So in the end it works out!

I was like "FUUUU" to at the end when they didn't kiss but the photo made it up entirely for me!

But to be honest if they made an anime showing the adventures Ed and Al took in the West and East I would watch it in a heartbeat.
