The Diamond Cutter or any kind of Cutter (bubba Cutter, etc.) is a different move entirely. The stunner is closer to an over-the shoulder jawbreaker. The diamond cutter, etc. is more like a neckbreaker. I understand the confusion but ask any wrestler they'll tell you the difference.
