I can definitely tell the resemblance to Hitsugaya's voice, but it's also obvious it was a girl singing. I do like Japan's use of girls as guys (thinking of Veronica Taylor as Ash Ketchum in English xD) since if you're only pretty young, obviously you can't use a deep sounding guy voice.
