You know what's BULLSHIT? Tonight's Red Wing game. They played the Nashville Predators and were leading for most of the game. It was 3-2 in the 3rd period until they got a penalty with 5 minutes to go which resulted in Nashville tying the game 3-3. It looked like we would go to overtime until Nashville scored on a bad deflection with 1:36 left in the game. They blew it in the last five minutes and didn't even get a point for overtime. And thats for a wired printer. If your trying to network a wireless one, its a huge pain. Sometimes it won't print until an hour after you push the button. And if it doesn't respond, it never tells you whats wrong, you have to walk all the way over to the printer and thoroughly check every possibe thing that could be wrong with the fucker. You know about eight years ago I had a printer that could print black with either the dark cartridge or the color cartridge and didn't require to have both inks in the machine. It was easy to use and would keep printing till it was out of ink. Now we have these printers that just refuse to print even if the ink level itself shows there still ink and it just forcing you to buy more ink without using the one you have.

The older the printer is, the more simpler and therefore reliable it will be.

New printers are slow, unreliable, nitpicky, they get dirty easily, they suck a lot of ink from you cartridges when printhead cleaning and you had to reset its BIOS once in a while. The Epson printers are particually crappy. Dot matrix printers rock all the way, they may be slow and limited, but they are reliable, ink ribbons are cheap as dirt, longlasting and generally cleaner thank ink cartridges.
