i tried something simular to it and that worked it wasnt the actual neti pot
BTW have you heard of a neti pot,Its suppose to help clean out ur nasal passage,I did 1 yrs ago and gonna start it tonight?
@lovemeboth Yes, the neti pot really works. Did you try it? It gets easier the more you do it.

Thats awesome,i am not going to do another 1 til January because i want to start fresh on a new yr.I hope to do 40 days on and 40 off and 40 on.ect

@lovemeboth I just got done with my third master cleanse. I went 8 days. I can't manage to go longer yet. Next time I hope I make it longer!!

6 tsp of maple syrup,6 tsp of cayenne pepper and 6 tsp of fresh lemon juice.this recipe is for a 3l jug.
today is my fist day on the diet... I hope It will work I'm doin it for the same reasons as you.. so good luck don't give up
