@fretduster03 - it is not the badge a minit... I was using a laser printer with regular paper in it, sometimes magazine clippings and I think we were even able to go as thick as photo paper.
@jennystgirls - my previous employer bought them to sell and I don't think they have a specific name. I'm not sure if the old website is still up, but you should be able to find them via their eBay store, search for traders express

@paoiedude - I used InDesign to layout a single image onto the page. Normal paper, printed with a laser printer.
