I would personally love to see more collection videos (DS and other consoles). You always have something to say about each game - this actually made me try games I otherwise wouldn't have looked up. Very much enjoy how you have a positive outlook as well (that's sadly uncommon when it comes to gaming nowadays).

I really want to look into Pier Solar now. Seems to be well worth the money.

@GigaSlashgaming The system just really appealed to me. I love portables and I love quirky niche games, and the DS is ripe with those. I just love its library.

@JKajTech Sometimes it depends on cost/availability, sometimes it's about bonuses exclusive to that platform. Usually it's just about preference; I prefer the 360 over the PS3, for example, but on the other hand, if the PS3 runs better or has exclusive bonuses, I'll probably get that version.

I'm puzzled as to why you don't like the control system in Ivy the Kiwi? - I thought the controls were superb! Its one of my all time favourite DS games. I think its well worth another shot.

Great to see so many awesome DS games in your pick-ups - I have to say that the "girly" Super Princess Peach is a guilty pleasure of mine, I love the visulas and the level designs are very very good.

actully peach should be in the games because she's very with her umbrella by hitting the enemies and throw them. I call that useful because not a lot a female characters but in my eyes Peach is nothing like that...and she has a double jump she can use in the game. Super Princess Peach is my favourite ds game ever made because i'm a huge peach fan and a mario fan too and i'm hoping they make a sequel to that because she needs more games of her own. I'm gonna post a rant on that pretty soon

Definitely considering getting that Pier Solar reprint. I would normally never pay $49 plus shipping for a genesis game, but I have to consider it IS a new game (and probably more fun than the majority of new current gen games) and more importantly I really want to support this developer. On a side note, Gamestop might as well be giving away PS2 games! Got 5 of them for a total of $11, and good titles too like Jak II and Grand Turismo 3. Great video.

Furthermore genre definition is important it sets one product from another and requires deep & careful thinking, and is another step required if games are to be taken seriously. Actually GoW is considered an Action-Adventure (another genre label I have a problem with) game with Fantasy elements.

They are miniature descriptions, not unchanging prisons. They are also super unimportant, require zero thinking and have nothing to do with games being taken seriously. If genres are not important then why is it taught at an academic level in Film Studies or Art class. You my think there unimportant but there not there a backbone to understanding media. A term like JRPG can't be a game genre because there no consistently, it's just a terrible term for describing Turn Based RPGs.

You said that Mister Mosquito reminds you of Toy Commander. Are you referring to the Dreamcast game Toy Commander? I recently was given the game along with the other DC stuff that my cousin gave me, but I haven't had a chance to play Toy Commander yet. Is it a pretty decent game?

Personally, I would love to see an updated collection video once you reach 200 DS games. Whether it's a rather quick overview of the collection, or a detailed walkthrough, I'll be happy either way. :)
