  • The Media in the U.S. is NOT showing any of this.

PLEASE PLEASE keep posting these videos!

We WANT to see what is happening there

  • You are right!!! They're not showing anything. I had to get all of my information via the web.

  • You can kill a person, but you cannot kill an idea. Your ideas are democracy and freedom. Fight for it, stand for it, and eventually, you will prevail. The eyes of the worl are upon you. Bring change to your country - show them that eventually, freedom cannot be suppressed!

  • Democracy must prevail.

  • Our thoughts are with you. Good luck.

  • Be careful friends.

  • Keep uploading the videos, it's so important people see this because the news sure isn't showing any of it! The people of Iran want freedom, and they should have freedom. Keep fighting, we want you to succeed, we want you to have better lives. And know this: you've got them scared.

  • keep up!

  • I am OUTRAGED at these results, I hope and pray the Iranians overthrow that dictatorship, AAhadinejad is a CRIMINAL to steal this election against the voice of the people

  • Good luck overcoming this people of Iran. We support you completely. We love you. I can't imagine what it would be like if the government turned off all these things over here. Stay strong. We children will unite when these older men, get too old to govern. That's a promise.

  • It better be a fuckin revolution cause if those citizens don't do shit when the election of president is obviously tampered with there really isn't any other option you know your country is going to fall even farther down the shitty if you let Ahmadinejad stay in power

  • The world is watching. Stand strong and fight one Iran!

  • Keep fighting guys. Best of luck.

  • "If you are tired, keep going; if you are scared, keep going; if you are hungry; keep going; if you want to taste freedom, keep going."

    -- Harriet Tubman

  • Keep your heads down, be careful. We don't want to lose one of your precious lives!

  • I hope that the government of Iran can find a way to peacefully give people a say in their governance.

  • Twitter @Change_for_Iran for someone giving clandestine minute by minute updates right now.

  • @Change_for_Iran was who received this video from a friend, he's updating live from a rooftop across from the Univ. of Economics bldg in Tehran, right now.

  • "They're all here, it's total chaos, they're coming in attacking everyone the boys were able to hold them off for a bit with stones, they've just unleashed tear-gas on us, or some strange gas, no it's definitely tear-gas."

  • It's not "boys," it's "kids." There are many girls in these protests.

  • first you hear someone chanting "Death to Dictator"

then the boy filming gets a call from a friend and he keeps repeating they just got hit with tear gas in a frantic voice.

  • translation please? good to see the cellphones working though

  • Can anyone translate what he's saying to English?

  • He picks up his phone and says:

"They came and beat everyone, the kids [he means the protesters] threw rocks and made them back away. They threw some gas, I think it was tear gas. They threw tear gas. They threw tear gas. THEY THREW TEAR GAS. [and he says that a few more times.]

  • thanks for translating

  • He is saying "Alo, they arrived here and started beating us up. For now the guys are throwing rocks at them, and they retreated. They went back. Yes, Yes, I think they fired tear gas. They have fired some sort of a gas; I think its tear gas. Yes, tear gas, they fired tear gas, tear gas, Bye."

The government is cutting communication lines and cell phones. It sounds like the other person could not hear him. We had the same problem talking with relatives in Iran today.
