I think it's wrong to hurt and hate people who only enjoy certain things and they don't cause harm for you in any way. Maybe they are ugly lonely people, who buy absolutely useless things which resemble anime, but you don't known their life and circumstances. They can be good people too, they just may be too fanatic about anime. Of course it's weird, but for a lot of people, you and I are weird, because we watch anime with deformed, big eyed girls with silly hairs and high pitch...
