how to freeze juice. Do you cover ice trays with plastic wrap and what do you do when they are all frozen? Please explain your process. This is an awesome idea! Also, do you blend or just melt? How much pepper? Thanks.

Me too! It's too much work to do it every time you need to make a drink. It's good to take a day and make a ton of this stuff up at once.
