works with macbook pro 15 i7, PD 6 ubuntu 10.04.1. not working with ubuntu 10.10 ( cant install parallels tools. thank you @hananiasq

@yotame85 Yeah, I just tested in PD6 and works a lot smoother! Now I can enable 3d windows and gear box effects in the cube effects!!! PD 6 did awesome job! I've still to test how windows 7 does... I'll post videos later on both performance.

Finaly I did. I started again. Installed until parallels tools and it's great. Thanks for your help. But this time it not was necesary to delete anything, simply worked. I installed Ubuntu 9.10, upgraded, installed compiz and worked. Sometimes there are goblins or ghosts in my mac.

I can´t do work it. I would like if you can know as is you config in parallels Desktop. I have a macbook and it doesn´t want work with.

@vozmusic I don't what to tell you... Which version of parallels you have? What model is your macbook?  Mine is the white unibody 2.26ghz core 2 duo with nvidia9400m 256MB, and I'm running well, parallels desktop 5.

@hananiasq I deleted "mesa" and installed Compiz Settings and Plugins. I can´t install parallels tolls. I don´t Know why. I think be it.

@vozmusic I know, it didn't work for me right away. did you restarted ubuntu? maybe do it a couple of times, and always check the "GL.conf" file, to make sure is still correct. Keep trying! It should work soon enough. If nothing else fails, just install 9.10 (but don't upgrade to 10.04), it'll work there for sure!
