It's wrong to think that the civil rights movement only liberated black people. Southern whites were great beneficiaries, because it liberated them from the kind of police state that was necessary to maintain segregation. Senator Fulbright was a good example of the tragedy of segregation. He had some enlightened ideas in foreign policy (I praise him for his opposition to the war in Vietnam!), but he thought he couldn't continue to hold public office if he spoke out against segregation. Tragic

cuz they suck! oh at because he's dead probably..they may also be some untruth there..but they didnt care how much Obama;s rep was tarnished(and his pastor)..so i agree that should get a little coverage
