I did it!!!! I was able to decoupage my daughter's old converse and they came out great if I do say so myself. She loves them. Thanks so much for the idea.

So, the glue an "acrylic binder"
Once finished, I put (again) the bender and a varnish
But I thinks the beatles pictures stay better on rigid shoes
(sorry for my broken english) :)
