The Axis had lost 100's of thousands of troops, Most captured by the British. The Axis had also lost most of there Tanks,Air-Craft,Fuel,etc And the British Royal Navy was just too good for the German,Italian navy. El Alamein and Stalingrad was the end of the Axis Alliance, They would never recover!

@Tyco200 Its a well known fact that the R.A.F humiliated the Luftwaffe in the Battle of Britain 1940, However even if the Luftwaffe won the Battle they couldnt invade Britain! And where do you get this bullshit? You said that USAF destroyed 60% of the Axis industry, But its well known fact that in 1944, The Axis were able to produce MORE under Allied bombing than in peace-time. 1944, Was the the Axis record year for production, Thanks to the mastermind Albert Spere, Just research!!

@Tyco200 LEARN HISTORY KID,- When Monty arrived in N.Africa he didnt lose Battles, He defeated Rommel and the Axis and in the final major battles of Alam Halfa,El Alamein the Axis were defeated and the Africa campaign over, it was game over. Patton arrived late of 1942, To fight the French. Monty had already defeated Rommel and had the what was left of the defeated Axis forces trapped. You do realise Patton was just a tank cammander, Monty was his superior??

@EngrJrmt LEARN HISTORY- When Monty arrived to take over command of the British 8th Army, Just as planned he stopped Rommel and the Axis advance at Alam Halfa, and the final major battles of Al Alamein the British Counter-attack crushed the Axis Forces and it was game over for the Axis campaign in Africa. Rommel was defeated and his troops left trapped running. Lendlease from America 1941, Was VITAL for American interests, Remember we traded with YOU, MONEY,LANDS,PROFIT,BROKE,LOANS­,BANKRUPT!

It was time for America to stand up and fight, 1915 The U.S should have been involved in the war. @martynrobin121 yes we all know America entered WWI very late but they still ended up loosing alot of men, more than anyone wanted to lose(mostly due to american commanders not listening to the more experienced british and french ones and sending their men in peacmeal line formations as if it were earlier in the war). the point is that many people didn't want to get into a war in a foreign land an ocean away. to them european affairs were none of their concern.

@EngrJrmt LEARN HISTORY, 1940 the British outnumbered humiliated the Axis in Africa and took East Africa within weeks. Also stopped the invasion of British-Egypt. The British had liberated Ethiopia,etc and started to push into Axis-Libya. The Royal Navy starved the Axis of supplies in Africa, They were desperate for basic things like water,fuel,etc. The British realise Rommel was like a charging bull, 1942, Alam Halfa El Alamein the final major battles and the end of the Axis Africa campaign.

@PhilosopherGaming Well, El Elamein was kinda embarrassing for the British. Fighting 50 known operational panzers in the beginning of the battle, with no known tank besides the Grant Is and IIs that could take on the old, ageing Panzer IIIs and the fact that Monty mostly had horrible defeats rather than great victories kinda shows otherwise. And besides: Do the British ever make documentaries with Patton? Also note the fact that, without him, the war would've been very slow and bloody.

And yes we had our defeats BUT when monty arrived we had a massive series of victories before the USA joined, and on a side note we had more than just the grants (fine tanks as they were) that could take on panzers, the churchill and matilda held their own quite well
