I love his laugh, but...it's not really ANYTHING like what is was in the anime. I wish I could take my portable DVD player and show him. Of course...that dubbed DVD isn't out yet anyway lol

That board has the transition from good Light to evil Light on it.

Brad was covering the evil part when he started to laugh and as he progressed, he uncovered it.

Wasn't it because he felt self conscious with everybody staring at him? Oh, and I think you were sitting one or two rows directly in front of me. At least, judging by the angle. And if anybody wants to watch the rest, a friend of mine posted almost the entire panel (up until her batteries died). Just look for Brad Swaile panel AE 2008.
