Hey there, I wanted to say that it took some huges nuts to come on here and say what you did. You have my respect because I am also in the same shoes as you only it was due to bad decision on my part. Group of guys and girls, girls turn out to be underage, and since I was the oldest, they hit me with prison time. It has been 16 years since the offense, and 9 years since I have been released with no supervision given due to extenuating circumstances.
We are lumped in with these guys who are true pedo and lose our livilihood. So be it. But I have done my time and want to be given a chance. I even offer working a month for free just to see my value as a hard worker.

But instead of trying to do things that would really be productive all they want to do is lock everyone up and group them all together. I dont know of any other crime that you keep getting punished for even after you serve your time.

When I use to say some of these same things about 'those pervs', I honestly believed it. Now after getting a wake up call for a crime that never happened, I can honestly say that sex offender laws are so hypocritical. The majority of us growing up in the 70's and 80's had sexual exp. that would get people in trouble today and we enjoyed it as children and teens. We try so hard not to look bad we lie to ourselves. What is sick anyway? Our past shows we are all sick, ain't that right christians?

Hey there, I wanted to say that it took some huges nuts to come on here and say what you did. You have my respect because I am also in the same shoes as you only it was due to bad decision on my part. Group of guys and girls, girls turn out to be underage, and since I was the oldest, they hit me with prison time. It has been 16 years since the offense, and 9 years since I have been released with no supervision given due to extenuating circumstances.

@Dreambro1 Well they had all the nude pics of my victim in the court folder and anyone that wanted to see her naked could just go to the clerk's office to request the file. Hell, I hadn't seen the results of my photo session with her until I reviewed my file. It is amazing how in some states you can stick your penis in a girl at 16 but she better not pose naked until she turns 18 - and that is a Federal Law.

Thank you for sharing your story, it takes a lot of guts to make this video. It is unfortunate that just like everything else this is a black and white issue. But instead of trying to do things that would really be productive all they want to do is lock everyone up and group them all together. I dont know of any other crime that you keep getting punished for even after you serve your time.

Now that I'm on the inside looking out, I see that it's pretty much useless to have a sex offender registry if you've got kids and teenagers out there having sex looking for sex from whoever is willing. They search and search until they find who they are looking for no matter the age. And what makes it so bad, they have a scapegoat if they get caught.

The District Attorney even told the judge that he felt that I would not do this type of crime again because of extenuating circumstances (the victim lied about her age) and that is why the judge gave me what is considered a light punishment. But three years in prison turned my life upside down and little did I know that even out of prison I would still be punished by ex-post facto laws.

Do you realize that up until around 1960s (and later) that it was legal for men to have sex with 10 year olds? Now that is sick. What is moral these days? In many states it is legal for 16 year olds to have sex. If you think that is too young to be sexually active then contact your congressman. But remember even though she can have sex at 16, you have to wait two years before you can take nude pics of her. She has to be 18 before she can start sexting.

I am not an expert on how to embed that message permanently but if you research it and teach the child then she will never be violated.
