  • This song was written in 1959, by Duane Eddy and Al Casey, in the studio at a Duane Eddy session and recorded that day.

  • I like this better than the Duane Eddy version. All guitar twang and no sax. Sounds great!!

  • @stevenfd123 Oh yes, I do agree

  • WOW, Al was fantastic. My greatest memory is Al playing" I wish you love" in Ziggies. Oh... and i'll never forget him teaching me route 66. Wish I'd kept the match book that we wrote the changes down on. Sure miss u AL!

  • Thanks for posting this, been looking for this some time now.

  • Tell us more about the rehearsal tape. How did you get it and where was it recorded? So interesting!

  • Nice! Real nice!

Al Casey and his boss guitar work is cool, man... cool!

    5 Stars -- -Wally

  • ALWAYS one of my favorite instrumentals :-))))

  • Well thank you, It did turn out nice, considering what I had to work with, I'm so proud of me. I was told today that the master tape of this song was found and it was released on a Bear Family CD......

None the less, this is the only record of this song, and the other songs to follow.

  • WOWO!! I'm amazed at how well this turned out!! Good job!
