The advert is done using a puppetry method. I think they pull at their eyebrows and just edit out the string - it is possible to do it that way

Good conclusion, although we discussed the breakdown at my Visual Effects class, fingers wearing blue were used to move the eyebrows, then the blue was keyed out and skin was repainted. If you watch carefully you'll notice their head leaning back and forth. as fingers have to pull hard to get the eyebrows moving like that.
