hey i have a question. I have 5' 10'' height and 154.32 pounds in muscular mass. I do run a lot and I workout a lot too and i have trouble gaining weight. I already had 176.36 pounds in muscle but i got sick and lost lot of weight. I would like to know if you have any ideas in how to improve weight gain without stoping my runs.
Eating more than 3 meals per day makes your body metabolize frequently. Eating 3 meals per day makes your body retain more, causing a bloating reaction, especially if you are used to eating more frequently throughout the day.
my cardio is horrible, but i can lift a lot considering my weight. any advice for improving cardio, and simply not getting out of breath running mile? thanks... hooahhaa
