Jesus,after saying "this is my blood" in Matthew26:28 also said "I will not drink henceforth of this FRUIT OF THE VINE" in Matthew26:29, showing that the grapejuice was STILL wine and had NOT been changed into blood.

I think its beautiful that the church is so well adapted to all parts of the world. It is truly catholic in that all the people of the world can gather in the merciful arms of the church to offer to our God the holy sacrifice of the mass.
