No. They were 2 different contacts calling in. Traffic was alread in the contacts. It is a failure of the device.
If the caller is in your contacts, it is supposed to announce the call by voice and also send the text of your contact's name to the display on the radio.
If there is no caller id available, then it can't diplay or announce it.
"Traffic" was found in the contacts, so it spoke the name. It failed to broadcast "Traffic" text to the radio display as it is supposed to.

It seems that the first 2 attempts were "user" error. Once you programmed in skype, it worked.
