I actually saw this happen. It was December 2006. My girlfriend (now wife) was doing a tandem skydive (her first) here. I was on the ground filming her. The accident happened about 5 minutes before my wife jumped out of her plane (although I didn't know this at the time) - the colour of this guy's parachute was the same as my wife's, and for a moment, I actually thought I was watching her fall. Horrible, horrible moment. Her jump was fine, and pleased that this guy survived.
