Just curious do anybody know what episode they showed a picture of ELIZABETH, Fred's beloved wife. I know there's one, I seen it I just never knew what it was. As I remembered she was a dark-skinned sista and fine.
@Panamaniak: I dis-agree I really do believe Lamont loved his family on his mother side just as much, but there's no doubt that his love for his father can't be match. I was just wondering in a real life situation me personally I would be trying to tag Donna lol serious that sista is fine for her age I would hate to do that to my father lol .
It seems that Lamont really didn't like his family (except for Aunt Esther) either but used them to get under Fred's skin and disrupt the wedding! Lol!
When I first heard Aunt Minnie say 'It's hard for me to believe that there's a woman somewhere who's that desperate", I had a pretty good idea of the in-laws feelings about Fred!!

@ekocentric Age means little on T.V, Redd Foxx was only in his early 50's when he played a 60-something Junk dealer. Isabell Sandford was about 10 yrs Older than Sherman Hemsley.
@Nickcat5 I know. I grew up around the time that this and a lot of other old classic shows were aired. I understand that the age of actors means nothing. I.E. Actress Vickie Lawrence was younger than ALL of Mama's children (not grandkids) were a minimum of 15 yrs older than her, with betty White being 27 yrs older. By the way: aunt Esther, Lawanda Page was Donna's (Lynn Hamilton) real sister.
@ekocentric Funny about Vicki Lawrence (Make-up & dress-up can do wonders!), and I've heard the story about Page & Hamilton being sisters but none of my research bears that out.
@ekocentric Generally,some sources list her(Hamilton) as a sister but says no more about it and Page's family name was Peal and no mention of that name is ever attributed to Hamilton

Nathaniel Taylor. I tried looking him up on line and had a heck of a time finding a lot of info on him.
But he was born on March 31,1938 which makes him eight years older than Lamont.
