followed the steps and when it came to format flash1 and reset settings i press x, it says "formatting flash1 ..." and freezes. is it suppose to take a while or what? help plz wanna play tekken 6.

Hey so i did everything but everytime i turn on my psp it brings me to the screen where i flash the files. how do i get it to go work? if i just get a regular slim battery will it work now that i have completed all the other steps?

at first it bricked it then i tried and it worked this was an awesome video

well i followed the steps exactly but i ran into a problem. when i put the pandora battery in the screen was blank and it didn't have any writing. my friend told me it was because it wasnt already modded. so i pressed X and left it for about 15 minutes then went through the rest of the steps. nothing changed

The PSP 2000 range are numbered 2001, 2002, 2003 etc depending on what region you are in. They are all PSP 2000 models and so should work. I am going to attempt to mod mine later today (PSP2003)

Damn the TA-088 v3 mother board! I just bought a PSP 2000. It came with 4.01 OFW. I did the Pandora hardmod (version) 1 by lifting the circuit connector. When I insert the Pandora battery it will not turn on my PSP automatically.

I fucked up and bought a psp 3000 then found out I couldnt mod it. Im taking it back tho and buying a 2000. About the memory, some people say they can put hundreds of games on there. How is this possible? What size memory is it? FYFclan said it has to be under 8gb. Can it be an 8gb or does it have to be 4? Why does the 16gb not work? How many full psp games can you put on the memory card? Thank you.

when ur modding it, it has to be under 4gbs or under.(dont ask me y look it up for urself) after ur done modding it u cant use aanything u want such as a 16gb

probbaly.... but u might not want to untill u get a bigger mem stick because u wont be able to get any games downloaded or apps or anything cuz there wont be room. get a 4gb thats what i have they're really cheap nowadays and its got plenty of room

Right now my PSP Slim is version 3.95. Do i have to downgrade it, or will this whole set of steps take care of that?

Also, what was the significance of drawing back the line? And how did you cut the line? (did u slice it? or cut a segment off of it?)

no u mod it into 3.71 m33-2 then update it into 3.90 m33 or whatever i updated to 4.01 m33-2
