  • 1 Cor 1:21

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

    KJV

  • dont quite agree with ray comfort but he is a brother in the Lord, thanks good video, p.s. wow you guys are sure getting frozen out over thier.

  • lol!

Yeah this time you got me Paul. It is not some romatic thing to be cold. The winters get long.

  • Nice video. Editing is getting better too.

Just one thing, why not use the good person test to show him and others, their sin.

    Apart from that, nice job!

  • Hi that is Ray Comfort thing. Not my style.

But the man was well aware he needed to surrender his life. He even said it.

I can't do the ten commandments like Ray Comfort. Comfort is kind of compromised himself.

But how much anyone do in one conversation that last 5-10mins. It's good to refresh people and let them know what they must do to be saved.

Wilbur was more open than most. And then again based on my conversation, I can not say that he is saved or not saved. Only God knows.

  • So are Jewish people sinners since they don't believe they have been saved? Sinner 1. One that sins or does wrong; a transgressor. 2. A scamp. Sin 1. A transgression of a religious or moral law, especially when deliberate. 2. Theology a. Deliberate disobedience to the known will of God. b. A condition of estrangement from God resulting from such disobedience. 3. Something regarded as being shameful, deplorable, or utterly wrong. None of the above fits me. Very interesting interview.
  • Wow how did you get so much in one comment box?! I could never get it do this....

    But seriously.....

My crack about Judeo Christian, huh? Well, was not my point. But no Christian could Know Jesus without the Jewish side.

But having said that. Jew, Greek, or Barbarian. Christ is way or truth or the life. The law does not save us. But Blood of Lamb. Like Mose in Egypt. Death passes over us.

  • BeechSundowner: All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God Rom 5:8

We are all sinners the difference between a believer in Jesus and an unsaved person is that the sins of the believers are forgiven, as far as the east is from the west. God makes no difference between Jew or Gentile, all have sinned. you say that you do not fit into any of the categories above? Unless you have Jesus and His forgiveness, you are dead in your sins. I hope that I just misunderstood your comment.

  • You actually understood my comment, but it doesn't appear to me you don't understand the definition of sin.

I have not done any of the definitions of a sin as described by Websters (or any dictionary of your choice)

Not believing in Jesus in my religion is not a sin since my "messiah" has not come. "Jesus" as you know him in the Christian religion doesn't exist in the old testament.

I have not done 1, 2 or 3 as defined in my original comment.

  • @BeechSundowner Jesus quoted the law when asked what the greatest commandment was:

"Thou shall love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, mind, soul and strength."

Can you honestly say you have done event this? Can anyone? Why were there animal sacrifices in the ancient days and before the Temple was destroyed? Can anyone claim to never sin? Sin is breaking God's laws. If we break none more than just one we are guilty of being a law breaker. Where is our sacrifice now the temple is gone?

  • I love God so I have not sinned as defined above (1,2 and 3) IN MY religion..

A lot of Christians have a problem not understanding at least with the Jewish religion, I have a direct line to the "main most one" :-)

Please keep in mind, THIS IS NOT meant as disrespect to the Christian religion, but the way I was taught and brought up. And lastly, these are my views and not necessarily representative of my faith.

My take, doesn't matter how or who you pray to, just believe.

  • Jesus/Joshua and all the first believers were Jews, the first Church was in Jerusalem,Jewish.Sometimes I get ask by a Jew, why do you believe that Jesus is the Messiah? My answer: because you told us so.We believe in Yahshua because of the witness of the Apostles who were Jews.Ever thought that you might have missed Him at His first coming as foretold in the OT? As a Jew,you haven't' heard from God in 2400 years the Messiah had to come before the destruction of the temple. Malachi was the last P.

  • Hmmm, I don't think you can speak for me and who and what I have heard from. Just view my videos on my channel and tell me I haven't heard from God. I know I'm Gods country and he reminds me by inspiration of what I feel, hear and see, whether I am on foot or in the air. So yeah, I hear from God.... and I am certainly less then 2400 years old.

If you wish to say the Jews told you Jesus is the Messiah, so be it and I respect it, but it is NOT my view (and probably not of many Jewish people)

  • BeechSundowner:Jesus is not in the Old Testament? He is in every book of the Holy Scriptures.Jesus said this to the religious leaders of His time: "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me." God from the beginning promised a Savior: "And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel." Gen 3:15

Maybe you missed the Messiah the 1st time?

  • @guardafango1

Old testament is prior to Jesus. That is what I was brought up on. There is no reference of the name Jesus in what I was brought up in (old testament)

Only one Messiah to my knowledge and he has not come based on what I have been brought up and believe :-)

Your "Messiah" may have come in the name of Jesus and I respect you for your opinion and WILL NOT say you are wrong in your beliefs, but mine has not. I only hope you can respect mine. :-))))

  • We ARE ALL SINNERS AND MUST REPENT AND TRUST IN JESUS! "FOR TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALAVTION"(2 Cor. 6:2)
