Thanks! This was actually my first design. I used one of those cheapo plastic knives with a breakoff blade. I got a heavyier foam and did another layout. The only problem I had with the first one was it was very soft (didnt affect anything being moved in the case), but just a bit flimsy. That is a very creative set-up you have there, gave me a big grin when you lifted the first layer of foam! Look at all those compartments... cool.
Not sure if you tried this yet, but an electric carving knife like those used for turkey and ham work excellent for following chalk outlines of objects for future case projects.
Utilizing the bandana and knowledge of local medicinal plants is just as good as a first aid kit.
