This is perhaps one of the worst live shows I have ever seen. After looking around a bit, it seems Evanescence live is pretty sucky. And the real issue lies with the vocals. She's really offkey. I suppose it's hard to sing without an autotuner to fix all your shortcomings.

Just because I can't do something, doesn't mean a good singer shouldn't be able to either. The solo in this was actually pretty Kick ass, the first 1 or 2 bars seem like they don't fit but after that, it was so kick ass, =) amy, Beautiful job and voice, you sounded more fierce =)

I just compared her to another band and I realized that nobody tops her on Live stage presence. People may top her on vocals or whatever, but stage presence is what it's all about.
Strings - yes. Keyboards - on some songs in the background. Electric drums - no. Second voices - there were none in this song, or the entire concert besides Haunted and Whisper. Haunted has interleaving vocals in the studio version, so keeping true to it there was one live. Whisper had "Servatis a Periculum, servatis a Maleficum" on loop.

Error! in this song the electric drum is in playback and the drummer plays the acustic one, there are second voices, grand piano, strings and choir in background.trust me, i've worked on this song.

Strings - yes. Keyboards - on some songs in the background. Electric drums - no. Second voices - there were none in this song, or the entire concert besides Haunted and Whisper. Haunted has interleaving vocals in the studio version, so keeping true to it there was one live. Whisper had "Servatis a Periculum, servatis a Maleficum" on loop.

Error! in this song the electric drum is in playback and the drummer plays the acustic one, there are second voices, grand piano, strings and choir in background.trust me, i've worked on this song.

yea but thats not nessecarily a bad thing. just means theres a ton of awesome effects on the cd so they need a bit more digital stuff during live performance. Prince is the same way. still sounds awesome.

do you realize how hard it is to enunciate properly while you're singing live. Not to mention she's moving around and jumping like crazy so she wearing herself out. She sounds AMAZING for it to be live. this could pass as a cd version in my opinion. you try singing like that live in concert

i love evanescence and amy lee its such a shame she's all the time firing everybody. i ve got this cd and the dvd and they re simply great, the only time she's out of tune is in the song whisper, at the beginning. this is a very good performance cause she's moving all the time and that's so exhausting
