Parkour = getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible
Free-running = getting from point A to point B with style, no need to be efficient although speed plays an important part in looking good.

A lot of these Parkour-type videos on here kind of suck. Yours on the other hand is very good. Some of these other guys just jump off of things with no flow. Keep up the good work.
