This reminds me one day i went to a store in Buenos Aires, Argentina... the employees were having lunch and they told me i had to wait outside until they finish with lunch, i asked why they don't lock the doors so people won't "interrupt", and they told me they've been looking for the key but they can't find it. Of course i didn't come back to that store. The customer service in that city is awful!

Is not the same at all the stores. That you say is very common in multinational offices or subsidiaries, with stupid employees. In hospitals or public insitutions many times people answer you "computer says no" and they cannot think anything tath computer doesnt says.

Thats why I prefer small stores.
