  • Its not fat that cause weight gain its sugar, we consume to much sugar. Its easy to consume sugar and if you reduce fat which give food its flavor you compensate by consume more sugar to make food palatable.

    There is NO evidence that saturated fat is harmful, in fact excess sugar gets converted to it.

    As its the body preferred type of fat and if its preferred by the body then it can't be harmful.

    This video is another load of shite.
