I've seen this new eating regimen called DietOramy (find on google) - my grandmother said she begun using it and already shed several lbs, without feeling famished or weary in any way... what do you think, has any1 used it however?
I am not informed about others but I can tell you that my family made superior triumph with DietOramy diet program (google it, there are a lot data regarding it) - all of us work with it and our docs are pleasantly shocked with the final results which came so rapidly.
I have done this diet before also and lost alot of weight... I am glad I found your vlog, because I was searching for the meal plan again so that I could do it again. Thanks Girl! BTW, I am loving Butterflies!!!!
I started the diet last Tues, so I am on day 9. I went to weight class today and lost 11lbs since last week's weigh in. I feel real good about it. What are some of the type of salads did you use? I don't want to get bored with salads.
@tiymekai well it depends, you don't want to eat starchy salads such as (pasta salad's, potato salads and such) its good to use spinach lettuce with any choice of meat, if you get bored by you some frozen steam veggies (that you could make in the microwave) its really good...anything green would be nice, i eat one can of spinach every day its not that bad
@08babymonster you don't necessarily have to eat the same thing everyday, for example you could switch up the lunch (chicken breast) with fish, but yeah if you are new to this diet then follow exactly what it says for 12 days trust me it works

I suppose the will ALWAYS be people who would say exactly the opposite of what one person says. I have tried the above Diet and it worked PERFECTLY for me. I did not change or add anything, the only difference between this one and the one I tried (15 years ago) was that the one I was on specified NO SUGARS of any kind, But I could have had TONIC water or SODA water.
What can be replaced with the bacon because i can't eat bacon for breakfast I have my reasons. I also have nite time shifts I sleep from 6.30am to about 3pm so when i wake up i eat my breakfast really late around 3.30 to 4pm and my lunch around 8pm and eat my dinner at around 1 to 2pm so will this diet work for me since I have such a bad routine. please get back to me asap I really want to try this diet out really bad..
@LaydeeM21 no i am sorry but it really wouldn't work for u unless you take the time precook ur food and pack and freeze them down like a tv dinner so it'll be good to go...but you sleep til 6-3 i am not sure go to ur dr. and see...and as far as the bacon you can get veggie bacon, and if you can't eat that..just forget about the diet or ask ur dr. about the diet...

@Chemobabe sure you can change it up if you want to and since you don't eat meat thats even better you could just replace it with your other natural food items, good luck...

I think the video would of been better if you could have showed us a picture before and after the grapefruit diet. I know you were 13... but it still helps and make people achieve their goals. @BaByJ3nNy15 starting it again won't help cause you'll most likely still gain the weight back. This is not a good diet because people can't stick to it forever. Also rule number seven makes no sense. People can't lose 5 pounds in one day and I didn't see anything about incorporating exercise into your life either
When i was having my 15 b-day i was so stressed cuz i weighed 230 pounds nd my party was only 2 months away and i didnt want 2 look fat for my party so when i heard about this diet i tried it and thanks to the diet i weighed 200 pounds but i stopped and gained some more so ima start agen.
the first few days are HARD,especially if ur have a poor diet but by the 3rd-4th day,it gets easier cuz u know youll lose weight on the 5th and ur body gets used to it,i tried it and it worked but i quickly gained about 5 pounds 3 days later,so im gonna try again till im @ least 130,then ill go to eating healthy and more exercise

My friend tried this diet and he said once he started it he threw up so much it was crazy he started dry heaving later in the day, he started the diet on a saturday and quit sunday

okay dream first i want to say i love you for putting this video up.i started my grapefruit diet on monday and have lost 4 lbs, and ive been exercising1 hour everday dvd's and my treadmill i even cheat a bit for the snack i have hot choclate the hersheys milk choc not that diet crap and im still loosing...to be honest this sounds alot like the phase 1 of the south beach die just even more strict... ive been reading that and i def recamend it to you theres alot of awesome tips in his book

it just depends on how much you could take it, for my opinion. I can only take in 2 to 4 oz b/c of he acid..so you could do between 4-8 oz....if you like...

well they say don't eat between meals, but when it comes to fruits or veggies then i do..i don't think it would hurt expecially if you work out just little...but you could drink skim milk and tamato juice thats for snack after 8 pm..or later in the evening./..
that if your not alegic to acid, i had to cut mines down to four oz..b/c of that..but if you want to drink more then i guess its fine.....just not to much, its the unsweetend grapefruit juice and i would prefer the white kind, it works bettere
i ate 2-3 grapefruits per day for 4.5 months and lost over 40 pounds. needless to say i didn't sit on my ass lol. i was burning about 600 calories daily (cardio alone, aside from weight-training).
i was almost 235 before, now i'm 190.. 30lbs to go.
i actually stopped losing weight when i stopped buying grapefruit after the price went up. in the winter it was 3 for $1, by spring and summer was $1 each.
even though my training routine hadn't changed, i couldn't lose any more weight without it!
your right...this might sound crazy im alergic to acid, thats why i only eat a half a grape fruit once with a LOT OF WATER and drink 4 o.z. of grapefruit in the morning and for dinner so yeah you have to be very careful with it..
grapefruit diets do work dumb shits, they have a high concentration of acids witch attach to, and pretty much melt fat. everyone''s bodies are different. it isnt however smart to eat lots of meat, red meat especially, because it does not digest as fast, so eating grapefruit while doing this would in fact only cause you to stay at the same weight. The guys got the right idea, but a grapefruit diet, along with walking WILL have very fast effects.
fuck off...its imposible for this diet to work.i am running every day abou 2 miles,and dieting properly trying tu cut e few punds and still uts very hard to achieve,and you re sayng a pound every day,eat as much as you like.
where does it say eat as much as you like if you just follow what its telling you to eat..2 strips of turkey backen and i boil my egg and bake my chicken breast i mean you can subsitute alot of things if you like, its common sense for the pplz like me who really need to lose weight...

I know better diet ... read H&M Diamond book Fit for Life. That diet will not only reduce fat, but heal your body and mind overall. I don't sugest eating bacon and meat, it's toxic for body, it's very difficult to reduce fat or solve any health problem. But it's true, it's not for everybody... most ppl are lazy to change, some are not able even to eat few grapfruites. :-)
thats if you want too..i mean it is better if you do to see better progress..but all i did was walked and did 600 crunches, THATS CRUNCHES.. a day...200 in the morning 200 in the afternoon and night...that was it..180 ibs! i need to get myself together now..i keept it off four school years and gained 50 back b/c i stoped going this diet..so im going to put myself back on here..i garentee...
well just saying i been on this diet and i would definately excercise or else u will loose alot of muscle mass... i did not follow the diet completely cuz without carbs u will get really fatigued, so just reduce ur carbs to a level where u r still partially energied but stilll loosing weight, this will reduce the muscle loss

I just started and been on it for almost 12 days now. Still the same weight and few of the days i skipped lunch and other these i skipped dinner. Just wasnt feeling hungry and dont know if thats the problem of not losing any weight ?

you should never SKIP any meals, you have to eat..and you don't have to take the 2 days break...if you don't want to but plz don't skip any meals, its simple and the meals are very small..
Not eating on time, for me when dinner time is like 9pm, so that why i skip it cause its too late...trying to do it better this week without skipping any meals. thanks for letting me know
yeah its going to be a hard time for me now that i am working....if i can't eat my dinner i would find something that could subsitute it like a piece of balonga or turkey meat with a side salad...or you could make a sandwitch with weat bread...even though we can't eat startch..that would help

chicken breast is what i would recommend...you really shouldn't eat much red meat on this diet...low carbs..but its up to you..and for the bacon, you should eat turkey bacon the others are too much salt.....
Im really confused about what to eat on the off days. Do you just eat whatever for the two days and then go back on the diet? Do you eat nothing? Its every 12 days you take a break for 2 days rite?!?
Yes on my two day break..i just ate veggie soup...but you could just eat salads and stuff like that and drink whatever you like it depends..b/c its a low carb diet..so you would crave for some carbs..so yeah

Can i have rice, wholemeal bread, fried chicken? I'm on this diet for 8days but I don't follow strictly. I only omit carbohydrate food from my meal...Could it work for me?
I have a question... on the Coffee or tea can you add splenda or creamer? What if you exercise regularly on this diet? or are you not supposed to exercise? I do 1 hour cardio, 30 mins strength training, odds and ends like swimming, volleyball, jump rope, jog, walk. etc. I think I may try this since you got such great results! Wow! good job! Hi, you can exercise on the diet, but because your calorie intake is reduced you do get tired very quickly. Exercise but in moderation and you'll look and feel fab. I took splenda in coffee, but no creamer as it messes things up.
This is a fab diet, but must be stuck to. The eggs and bacon are essential for providing the right amount of fats and protein. The grapefruit juice musn't be exceeded, otherwise you take too much sugar on board and it throws the whole thing out. I lost 30lbs in two months on this. Be honest, stick to it, lots of water, no other food, and the weight will drop off. Thanks for posting. It's good to see it again. It changed my life all those years ago.

What can be replaced with the bacon because i can't eat bacon for breakfast I have my reasons. I also have nite time shifts I sleep from 6.30am to about 3pm so when i wake up i eat my breakfast really late around 3.30 to 4pm and my lunch around 8pm and eat my dinner at around 1 to 2pm so will this diet work for me since I have such a bad routine. please get back to me asap I really want to try this diet out really bad..

@LaydeeM21 no i am sorry but it really wouldn't work for u unless you take the time precook ur food and pack and freeze them down like a tv dinner so it'll be good to go...but you sleep til 6-3 i am not sure go to ur dr. and see...and as far as the bacon you can get veggie bacon, and if you can't eat that..just forget about the diet or ask ur dr. about the diet...

People can't lose 5 pounds in one day and I didn't see anything about incorporating exercise into your life either

the first few days are HARD,especially if ur have a poor diet but by the 3rd-4th day,it gets easier cuz u know youll lose weight on the 5th and ur body gets used to it,i tried it and it worked but i quickly gained about 5 pounds 3 days later,so im gonna try again till im @ least 130,then ill go to eating healthy and more exercise

i ate 2-3 grapefruits per day for 4.5 months and lost over 40 pounds. needless to say i didn't sit on my ass lol. i was burning about 600 calories daily (cardio alone, aside from weight-training).
i was almost 235 before, now i'm 190.. 30lbs to go.
i actually stopped losing weight when i stopped buying grapefruit after the price went up. in the winter it was 3 for $1, by spring and summer was $1 each.
even though my training routine hadn't changed, i couldn't lose any more weight without it!

grapefruit diets do work dumb shits, they have a high concentration of acids witch attach to, and pretty much melt fat. everyone''s bodies are different. it isnt however smart to eat lots of meat, red meat especially, because it does not digest as fast, so eating grapefruit while doing this would in fact only cause you to stay at the same weight. The guys got the right idea, but a grapefruit diet, along with walking WILL have very fast effects.

I know better diet ... read H&M Diamond book Fit for Life. That diet will not only reduce fat, but heal your body and mind overall. I don't sugest eating bacon and meat, it's toxic for body, it's very difficult to reduce fat or solve any health problem. But it's true, it's not for everybody... most ppl are lazy to change, some are not able even to eat few grapfruites. :-)

I have a question... on the Coffee or tea can you add splenda or creamer? What if you exercise regularly on this diet? or are you not supposed to exercise? Hi, you can exercise on the diet, but because your calorie intake is reduced you do get tired very quickly. Exercise but in moderation and you'll look and feel fab. I took splenda in coffee, but no creamer as it messes things up.

This is a fab diet, but must be stuck to. The eggs and bacon are essential for providing the right amount of fats and protein. The grapefruit juice musn't be exceeded, otherwise you take too much sugar on board and it throws the whole thing out. I lost 30lbs in two months on this. Be honest, stick to it, lots of water, no other food, and the weight will drop off. Thanks for posting. It's good to see it again. It changed my life all those years ago.
