  • Nice vid man i too have posted a vid come and check it out leave a comment on the vid and pass it on to other people every one is welcome thanks

  • Awsome video. TKD is so awsome, as is ALL martial arts. I really respect everone who trains in a martial art and is cooperative with fellow martial artists. Keep u pthe good work :)

  • TKD is a sport. SO is Muay Thai and BJJ. The hardest part about any combat sport is conditioning. Work ethic is also something you cannot teach anyone. You take a good national level TKD fighter and you can get him to be pretty good in MT, BJJ, BOxing, MMA, etc. Because conditioning, cardio, work ethic is there. SO is coordination. I think no one would argue that TKD alone is best. Just like no MT guy will say MT is best alone.

  • @sebastianguis

MMA is the greatest creation in the history of mankind. It exceeds the wheel. If you take a MMA class in just 2 months you can kick the ass of anyone that crosses your way and that includes catching bullets with your bare hands. Every UFC fighter is so great that they are part of a secret elite group that doesn't fight crime in the streets, they street fight crime instead.

    Remember this.

"Those who live by the sword are usually shot by the ones who don't"

  • @sebastianguis not really mate its quite fun and does help when u fight somebody:)

  • in martial art, must train only what works.make sure u are more violent in real fights than in competition

  • 3.12.double inner forearm block.lol

  • 1.12 the western guy looks lonely and ugly

  • can tkd takes muay?

  • ANYTIME

  • hahahahha....try search in youtube,poor little boy

  • fuck you

  • thats what tkd apprentice know.poor...

  • then y do u watch tkd video on utube?fuck you.nobody likes you

  • hehehe, i practice tkd before. i lov tkd. but unluckily i found that tkd cant compare with other martial art. specially muay thai. im sad.

  • @areamkarim that cause it was oringaly made as a self defence and defencive fighting. unlike muay thai is more agressive. and now when turned into the sport to many TKd masters teach the sport version witch is very useless in mma. check out cung lee's Tkd in mma very good he uses origanal

  • @areamkarim

The problem with most people is that they keep comparing arts. What about this:

If you learn Taekwondo and Muay Thai YOU will probably be a better fighter, than if you only know TKD or MT alone. Or even better, try out some Hapkido or some Arnis Kombatan (so that you learn how to use weapons) as well. It's much more intelligent that spending your time on youtube talking trash about Martial Arts.

  • @areamkarim anytime anywhere

  • poor guy,go get a muay master anytime anywhere like what you said.

  • I just LOVE the over-dramatic music!!!

    Hehe, tkd rox :D

  • 0:40 master kang :D:D

  • ITF is NON CONTACT?! U kidding me?

  • no. we are not.

  • non contact? you mean a strike to the head is only a hit if the guys head falls off?

you know....TKD was developed from taekkyun and Shotokan Karate. ITF sticks more closely to its heritage than does WTF. WTF doesn't even agree upon who created the martial art

  • In actuality WTF or ITF are just political org's the real root of true TKD is in the original "Kwans" where it was created thats when it was a real martial arts system. Where it came from Kung fu,karate, taekyon doesn't matter. every style came from something or someone.

  • No it's not only political different, there are BIG differents. And btw WTF full contact doesnt reflect that whether ur martial art is effective... kids fighting in school they are full contact, but they aren't good fighter tho... u get what i mean?

  • Exactly.

  • well you're dumb

  • WTF is so much more fun! and exhilarating!

  • get over it fucktard it dasnt even really effect you

  • a cool tkd movie watch city of violence

  • ino watched it bruce lee got nuttin on taesoo

  • 5* Great in this video you can see the meaning of Tae kwon do Tae means the art of the feet, kwon the art of the hands and Do the clear brain of the fighter ....

(ps I'm doing tae kwon do and that is right)

  • @Minost:

I believe that people either know what Tae, Kwon and Do means either they understand it from the video. There is not really a need for you to tell them :P

    @video: Really awesome!

But there is a camera error at the up side, things passing from there are like getting sucked! :O

    TaeKwonDo, woohoo! :D

  • some people just watch it to watch it or just to see if they want to join and what if they dont know thing about taekwondo

  • Never thought of it that way, stupid meh D:

But usually people who want to start lessons on a Marsal Art they go at a website with description etc, not videos. Anyway... nice video, again xD

  • excellent!!

  • now thats what i call TAE KWON DO

  • sounds like the music is out of tune a whole lot of times.

  • what's what i call taekwondo :D

  • This is WTF Tae Kwon Do^^

  • who vote first time and say so poor , that guy dont know nothing about taekwondo oki

    that was awsm....

  • I was pissed when everytime i saw WTF promoting their style. Since when WTF approve tat Gen. Choi is the father of taekwondo? NEVER!

WTF = disrespect to taekwondo and Gen. Choi.

  • get over it fucktard it dasnt even really effect you

  • @bibihang I 100% agree with you

    xD

  • YES GOOD

    saludos y respetos

  • omg I LOVE YOU!!!!! lol haha..

  • well in a real situation if u can do a juming kick to the head its all good coz its harder to avoid, but otherwise below waist is safer 4 u. who is that guy with the long hair? he's in loads of clips but it never says who he is.

  • great video!

  • Donde puedo conseguir estos videos en español?... No problem about me, but my pupils don't speak english than corean.

  • wow! and ouch!

  • lol love it

  • Sun Kune Do is a lethal example of what i mean.(in self defence matter)

  • super potrzeba wiecej takich filmow

  • This video shows the power of Tae kwon Do. Very nice and thanks for posting. I do wonder with all those high kicks can they still do this at a later age like 50 years and over? I could not see much in the way of self defence. Still however a great video.

  • when you break age 50, most of the kicks drop to belt level, although your energy-channeling skill becomes so much stronger (especially if you started at a young age). If you don't believe me, watch an 7th Dan KKW or higher perform their pattern. They summon energy from unknown sources (and god, i'm skilled enough to feel it....its eerie)

  • Even when young i feel that if in a real life situation,Kicking below the waste and at the legs is more simple and effective then reaching for the head.

  • Kicking below the waste at the legs is more simple and effective, I agree with you on that. However, if someone can kick to the head with perfect precision and speed with ease, then kicks to the legs and below the waist would even be more stronger, and faster.

  • If the victim is trained in a martial art,he could duck down to avoid the high kick and take out the attacker by swiping the balancing leg!

  • Yeah, and that. lol.

  • Thats wy somethimes we learn to jump and keep the other leg up ;)

  • Yea i know.Thats why i respect all martial arts as they are all varied in differnt styles!!!

  • If people try it, they'll understand it. This is really Asian related martial arts...it's like fit for Asian people...usually...their type of bodies...

  • hahaha....you make me laugh.

I've met some pretty crazy TKD from other cultures. Its just asians tend to be brought up to train 8 hours a day in asian countries. When in the rest of the world, anyone could be good.

  • I'm not trying to be a physical rascist or anything...if I said was out of subject sorry...

  • Fantástico vídeo

    Hacho Taekwondo!

  • Some nice footage there..

  • 6:33

  • Hurricanrana? o_0

  • u noe..muay thai is pretty destructive n all..teaches all these mad ass moves..i respect dat..but u noe..tkd has all these destructive moves as well..but we choose not to teach our students coz we fink of it as a sport n self defence..notice ppl hu do muay thai like to start fights while tkd n karate users tend to avoid dem? lolz but in summary..every martial arts has its own pros n cons :D luv dem all

    -feng-

  • what are you talking about? speak english!! (intelligable english)

  • if ur a teacher then u should understand that when u teach one what he/she does with those teachings defines who they are.also u would know that martial arts has to do with the user not the art, there are no pros or cons.choose words carefully especially when teaching

  • What a load of rubbish. First of all, don't generalize like that. MT guys like to start fights? What the fuck? Second, TKD had knees and elbows in its grocery list of official techniques, true, but if you don't train them they might as well not be there at all.

  • Taekwondo also good in hand skills..it is seldom to use. To a taekwondo player, legs take over hand for long distance attack. A good taekwondo player, he will never let his opponent come closer to him. if the opponent is close to him, i believe any one of the taekwondo player will use their hands automatically. To me, martial art is always base on mental and phizical....

  • ppl think tkd is only a kicking art, training includes just as much use of hands/arms...wtf/olympic style sparring is 99% kicking,hands/arms used for defense only.

  • this is because of reach issues. Hand points are counted, but only from non-jab, sufficient power, and non-leading hand. So if you are standing right foot towards enemy, only left handed straight punches count. Its......touchy.

  • depends on how well trained they are. But you are right.

  • Taekwondo uses the full range of the legs and has many exercises including the hand.

  • Remembering my martial art's root......... Tae Kwon Do Forever.....

  • I thought, that there will be something from ITF too... :(

  • Video magnifico!!

    saludos

  • I practise a number of martial arts taekwon-do being one of them. And i to believe that all martail arts teach respect to ones self and others. And that all martial arts come under the same family there is no particular one better than any other. Anybody who says otherwise does not know what respect means!!!

  • what the fuck is talking narrator about?

  • wonderful!

  • anybody know the suondtrack of this video PLEASE POST IT

  • Hey Muay thai guy! is muay thai in the olympics? i don't think so. i respect muay thai. i just don't know if i respect you. muay thai has roots, disciplines, and a soul, pretty much like taekwondo. that's why no martial art is better than another. those are the things I learned when training in taekwondo. taekwondo is no shit, muay thai isn't either. YOU are!!! and if you want to challenge our art then form your team and challenge the Korean Tigers.

  • muay thai is nothing taekwondo has a soul and great skills respect..

  • i've seen people breaking boards with fingertips (e.g. my grandmaster, look at my vids to see), but board breaking with the tip of a thumb? far out, man. respect.

  • I don't believe in styles. Whoever is better what really matters. I learn Taekwondo.

  • too true!! a hate other martial artists who slag off other styles!

  • tkd is shit... muay thai is the best

  • I'm doing well yes, have a nice day:-)

NOT sucker, do you know the word RESPECT?

  • When you practice a martial art, you must to know what is the respect. The Muay Thai is a martial art like Taekwondo, like Kung-Fu,...

Martial arts form a family whitch know the RESPECT!!!

For me, you don't practice the Muay Thai!

    Think about it!

  • cool, what is your martial art? obviously neither tkd nor mt. it's the famous martial art "stupidity", right?

  • really good video training looks tough and strict no wonder the students are amazing must have a good master

  • love the soundtrack!

  • Okay that seriously made me want to cry. I joined the military services to serve my country as well to join the Armed Forces Taekwondo team...before I could get that far, I was injured and now have almost no use of my left arm and my back is really screwed up...I only hope one day I will be well enough to get back into the martial arts...until then, I can only express my love for it through my art and going to dojangs all over to show my support. Thank you for sharing this.

  • O_O

  • Good vid. TAE KWON DO 4ever

  • 1st thing was this by any chance taken from a VHS?

2nd thing it is good to see less "tricky" vids on here

3rd thing the way of(stricking with) the foot and hand

  • Look at the upper left corner of the video. You can see a black spot. I think the person has filmed the video with a video-camera while it was played on TV.

  • the girl on the end is the best wow:)

  • GREAT VIDEO

  • some korean masters say that ''tae'' means destroy with the feet ''kwon'' means destroy with the hands ''do'' meaning way, taekwondo means to use your hands and feet in harmony

  • interesting

  • correct, 'tae' litterally means kick(kicking)(feet) in chinese charcter, 'kwon' means punch(punching)(fist), 'do' means the way or the way of. Taekwondo all together means the way of fists and feet.

  • This is the most correct...

  • It's not destroy. It's an art and the correct translation is to strike with foot/hand.

  • excellent!!!

  • where did u get this?
