Field hockey is definately not for pussies, When you can charge down a rock solid ball goin about 90 mph you definately have balls! Don't be so quick to judge, Ice Hockey is hardcore, don't get me wrong. But FH is more a game of finese and skill, and more tactics!

Aerials and drag flicks make hockey much more interesting, watch the Dutch men's fh, I promise you won't be disappointed with the skill the have!

What an ignorant fellow you are? Field hockey is played all round the world and is also an Olympic sport. Some of the nastiest injuries occur while playing it even though it is a non-contact sport. Some of the countries that play it are Germany, Holland, Spain, Australia, India, Pakistan, Argentina, South Korea, England, and many other countries. Just imagine what would happen if that stick were to unintentionally strike your shin or knee.
