yeah, what u needa do it take that small amount of time when she jumps, and memorize that speed and then keep that throughout the vid or its going to seem very "fake". "" around fake because obviously its all fake, every video on youtube with after effects is fake, but the point is to get as close to reality as possible. matching the jump speed with the speed of her actually going up, will make it look much better XD

i think all it is is a still image that was cropped and keyframed, then just cut back to video, you can tell in the landing.

I found adding motion blur helps a lot, and starting to mask the jumper at the start of the jump, rather than the apex makes it look smoother. Feel free to give me any tips!
