I got it through the Christmas E-mail event awhile back (It had a time limit of 7 days I think?). Now you can get it by buying lucky boxes... Not sure which one though :p You'll have to check the ijji store to see what color box gives out what. The helmet is called the "Hyper Mouse Head" ...
