  • Hi Allen, They look great. I could not resist and placed an order today. Now I can't wait to get started with it. Thanks for posting all the videos.

  • Thank you sir, for the order, much appreciative, and watching the videos. If I can help in the future, let me know !

  • i think il try and make my own knife maybe carve a handle and shuve an exacto knife in it. wont be as good as you

    rs but it wil work

  • Thats what I like, someone willing to try.

Make sure you have e-nuff of the blade into handle, for stability. let me know how it goes. It should be a good knife for detail ! Thanks for commenting !

  • thanks, dont carve much but have had knifes all my life. wanted to try carving. thanks for the support

  • I have just bought a couple of Allen's knives. They really are surgical quality and extremely comfortable to handle. Good to do business with you Allen.

    Ted Wooller,

    Greece.

  • Thank'sTed,

Glad to know you really enjoy them,It's almost hard to sell one because'' I like 'em all'' ! I really strive to do the very best w/ my knives,as I am a carver with a love for good tools ,and know frustration folk's go through. From the hill's of East Tn.,U.S.A ,Thank you,Sir !

    Allen

  • I love the two flexible blade knives you custom made for me. These two are my favorite. knives that I own....

  • Thank's, glad to hear you enjoy 'em !

    Allen

  • Thanks banjo, gimme a holler next time !

  • Great lookin' knives Alan !!! should have looked ya up when we were down in knoxville last week, love to see yer shop or something ! like the confederate shelf elf ! really cool !!! take care !!

  • Nice looking knives Allen.

  • Thank You !!!

  • Nice job Al! The knives are great! And I can say that I held one of those in my hand. Very comfortable in the hand and they cut like a laser.

  • ...WoW... Thanks ! ...can I claim my knives are "Laser Sharp" LOL

  • would love to try your style, the one's i use now have a 4 and 1/4" length handle, the width across my palm. would you think the one you use would fill my needs? i have large hands but have short fingers. thanks for your advice. love your carvings.

  • Thanks... this is always tuff-ta answer, folks differ in their hand sizes so much, now to keep "carvers" in mind, my hand is probably a sm. to med. (compared to who...?)With that said, the 5 1/4" to be "the safest"or even the 6" might surprise you !(longer handle=different grips,"choke-up or down",use as a fulcrum, etc.) ...Gave it my all ! "I'm always lookin' for the perfect knife, they like us,are not perfect"...Hope this babble helps. Allen

  • WOW, nice knives, they look comfortable to hold, thanks for the video,

  • Folks tell me they love the way they "settle" in their hands, & 3 different handle lengths helps as well.

Thanks fer watchin & commenting ! Allen

  • Great looking knives Allen

    Gene

  • Thanks Gene, "ain't nothin' like a good knife".
