But, it still isn't gonna change the fact he was easily passed up by a walk on and other incoming freshman on the depth chart. In reality he didn't have the skill, speed or work ethic to become a Division 1 CB...maybe in the Big Least, certainly not in the Big Ten. Hes now going to a program that boasts the most incompetent secondary coach in all of College Football in Tony Gibson..good luck with that Cullen!
