What about American law "in action"? The death penalty is still legal in many States. I think any form of capital punishment is barbaric, including the electric chair or gas or poisonous injection. What about American law "in action"? The death penalty is still legal in many States. I think any form of capital punishment is barbaric, including the electric chair or gas or poisonous injection. Its punishes not only the individual who has committed the crime, but the family and friends of the criminal. Its sick and disturbing.

The jurists are instructed that if they have any reasonable doubt, they shall not vote guilty, its hard for the accused to get a conviction. (2) The person must have been convicted of a violent crime like first degree premeditated murder (3) In America GAS is not used, because it is considered too prolonged. Electric shock or injection is used to make it fast and humane.

Yes I have read it. And that is exactly why I resent it. When I hadn't studied Islam I thought it as being just another religion among others. As an atheist I didn't like any of them but I didn't consider Islam to be any worse, not anymore.

They have a trial where they either confess or have hardcore evidence to prove it had been done. Not just some half put together hersay. The reason cheating is illegal is because it forces people to think twice about what they are doing and also it forces you to take the PROPER steps of getting a divorce instead of having illegitmate children and bringing home diseases to your spouse. Plus it pervents people from glomorizing cheating like much of the Western media does (which does nothing but breaks up families).
