Desi is a very talented gymnast, there is no doubt about that. She is also a normal teenager. I dont think its very appropriate to be commenting on her formspring and what she posts on there. It is meant to be private and it does not effect her level of talent and commitment. Desi is a kind and very like-able person. Maybe she just doesn't want gymastics to be all people talk about. She doesn't like being the center of attention for that. did you know that? haha no you didnt.

@delbell1212 Your right she is talented. But she has to understand that when your an elite gymnast, people watch you. Little girls look up to you. Her formspring is not set to private so therefore she has to be okay with the fact that people are going to be reading what she says & judging her on that. Its very rude of her to tell the little girls asking her questions about gymnastics to "go away, & stop asking her gymnastics questions" She needs to private her formspring if she dosent want fans

@delbell1212 (cont) reading or asking her questions. Because thats what formspring is. I'm sure she is a nice person but she just dosent come across that way to people who don't know her. I know that if I had fans I would be soooo nice to them because honestly all they do look up to her & she's pushing them away with her rude comments. It's hard for me to be a fan of someone who is just plain out rude.

I think Desi is a gymnast with so much talent and potential. Its just kind of unforunate how rude she can be to her fans. I've seen her tell her fans to "stop asking her questions about gymnastics" and "leave her alone". On her formspring she talks about getting into fist fights with girls at her school and being suspended. Its just disapointing that someone with such talent is so..unserious or perfessonal about her sport. I just cant find it in me to like her after everything i've heard her say
